I'm in the market for a set of electronic ear muffs. I'd like something with decent quality but inexpensive. My head is not to big so it would need to fit comfortably. What would you suggest?

Those seem to fit the bill for inexpensive. Do the fit well?

I use MSA Sordin Digital Supreme Pro X's. they were a little pricey but well worth the money IMHO.

I have about 5 pair that have been used by a ton a people. Never heard anyone complain.

One note, if you sweat in them make sure to wipe the pads off before putting them away. They get nasty and will stick together.

Yup. I run them at the range. They fit well over my Travis Haley hat I am running and my Oakleys I run too.

I HAVE to wear earplugs with those otherwise they don't get a good seal for me, no matter how I adjust them.

I've been happy with my Peltor Tactical 6s.

With rifles, it's a good idea.

Never had any issues with pistols (even obnoxious Open guns).

+1 Howard Leight Impact Pro - "double plug" for SBR's or anything real loud (soft inner plugs).

I have worn them hunting - you can hear ambient noise better.

I have Peltor Tac 6s. One of the ears quit working, and I don't abuse them.

My next set will be Howard Leights

I will say they sometimes pick very odd noises to amplify!

My Howard pair got caught in a light rain. I dried them with care, and they have worked fine ever since.

Sordins are much better, IMHO.
