Just checked my local ammo supplier and found this, thought I'd share.

Linky

Not only have I not seen .22 in a long time, this seems to be a pretty good price considering.

14 cents a round of Philipine Made 22LR?

Thanks, but no thanks

Good thing I have about 25k left

Kind of high now. It would have sold out 3 or 4 months ago.

It's not great. However considering this is the only .22 I've seen in almost a year within driving distance I figured it was worth posting for those who may need it.

Round for round it is cheaper for me to just reload and shoot 9mm, .38 spl or .45 ACP than it is to shoot .22 lr.

I'll shoot spitballs first..

Big C & Gandier Mountain has some in every so often. Delivered for ~ $30/ brick

Hmmm....I just saw 10,000 rounds of CCI mini mags for 6.57 per 100 at Fleet Farm a couple day ago.  But, I've also been buying 1000 round boxes of M22 for about 49.37 or so the last few months.

I can afford to wait. As others stated, not much difference between those costs and reloading centerfires. I still have a large supply left of .22's.

That's not all that great.
I just bought a 500 rd box at Midway.
Even with their high shipping it was priced better than that.

I think hope the OP is being sarcastic.

$140 for 2 bricks?

Um, no.

Natchez had some 325 rd boxes for nearly 4 days last week. Something like $16-$17 per box. The .22 is around but you gotta be diligent and fast and you do NOT have to pay these stupid prices.

Same.

My .22 conversion sits unused due to the .22 being more expensive

I would stop shooting if I had to buy .22 at that price. Thankfully I had enough of a stockpile at sane prices.

I came ---><--- this close to buying a .22 bolt action rifle yesterday for plinking & more target practice. At current .22 availability and price, it's probably a better bet to get a progressive reloading press.

Considering some were paying $50 for a value pack not long ago doesn't seem to bad.  I'm shooting old bolt actions because I stacked deep 8mm when it was Nickel a round.  Never thought 22 would have went that high.

I've been buying CCI Mini Mags at Walmart for $7.47/100 on the regular. That's premium ammo for less than half the pric of the Armscor.

Yup.  9mm costs me 10.7 cents per round to load.

When it comes back down to $12 for a box of 550 at Walmart, let me know.  Fuck those prices.

My .38 reloads are $0.06 with components bought recently. Best .22lr I can find is $0.05xxx for Remington golden bullet.

Also found some CCI Mini Mags for a dime each. Might have to grab those. I only have ~3k of mini mags left.

No thanks. Cabelas had 1k of winchester for $50 back in May. I took advantage of that.
