The DFD EMS guys are squared away, the private ones..don't get me going. NYE, at work, we guess on the type of gun's being fired in the air in SW D. The vato's have been known to launch a firework or two at us NYE, May 5th and Juy 4th, we call it a free "danger close" fireworks show. It's Detroit, to expect anything else is living a lie. Quoted:

First off i LOVE that reporter. holy hell he's out of a movie or something. he's too good. all his reports are amazing, and his tone is dead on.
Second: by his tone adn the tone of the newscasters and all we've read about Detroit, I seriously think this is the only answer:
