I've had tons of packages delivered before from them. In today, in particular I had to overnight something that was extremely urgent that I received today. Ton of money to have it overnight

Suddenly they call me and start asking about an apartment number and that the address is "invalid" even though it's not

Now they say I have to wait an additional 2 to 3 days

Just had to vent

Only using only UPS from now on

UPS is far worse about that kind of thing. I have to deal with both daily.

Forgot that I could do that. How do you know what time the truck gets back? Just go late?
