I have some .308 110gr HP bullets that I want to load in my cz 527 in 7.62x39.

I remember reading that powder coating adds .002" to the bullet diameter so it would make the .308 bullet a .310 which would be perfect for a .310 bore.

I would like to load up 10-15 powder coated bullets to clean my barrel at the end of the day after shooting regular ammo.

Anybody tried jacketed bullets?

I see absolutely no reason to powder coat copper jacketed bullets.
Powder coating bullets is a cast bullet thing.

Guess I should just cast .310 bullets and then powder coat them.

most powder coats melt around 500* F. Do you want that shit all over your bore?
