What if each one of us that visits this or any other gun friendly site sent a letter to his/her congressional representative, senator, or the president for every visit? What if we each sent a letter to the editor of our paper? How about the TV station? I think it would make more difference than preaching to the choir, which is basically what we do in posting on the net. Understand, I'm not advocating replacing participation on shooting forums, just taking the time to make it plain by courteous, well written letters that we are interested in the actions of our elected representatives and WILL vote based on those actions. |

Speaking for my governer without a check for several tens of thousands of dollars the guy isn't even going to look at the letter - then not do a thing save cash that check. My congress females (ladies is too polite of a term) are both as rabid anti-gun as any in the senate - Boxer and Feinstein. |
