What if each one of us that visits this or any other gun friendly site sent a letter to his/her congressional representative, senator, or the president for every visit?  What if we each sent a letter to the editor of our paper?  How about the TV station?  I think it would make more difference than preaching to the choir, which is basically what we do in posting on the net.

Understand, I'm not advocating replacing participation on shooting forums, just taking the time to make it plain by courteous, well written letters that we are interested in the actions of our elected representatives and WILL vote based on those actions.

Why not have AR15.Com members come out of the digital closet and do a nation wide support the community project in the name of AR15.Com. People will start wondering who these giving individuals are and realize that they are themselves.
