Parson's spider. No big deal. Not a bad spider. I shall name him Alan.  My wife was folding clothes she'd placed on the bed when she screamed spider and ran out of the room. I went to the clothes expecting a jumping spider and when I moved a couple of shirts I saw black run down the side of the matress. I tore the bed apart and finally found it hiding in a box that was previously under the bed that was now up against the wall. I trapped it in a test tube after looking at it and wondering just what in the world it was. A couple of different wordings discribing that funny mark on its back in google revealed many pics of the same spider. I let it go outside the house. Pretty neat looking markings as far as spiders go.
