I have the strange urge to get something hydrodipped. No clue what though.

Any suggestions?

Looks nice.

I was thinking about building a Rem700 with a better stock than that crappy hogue thing they came with, to match my CZ452.

Maybe I should get me a Bell & Carlson and get it dipped!

ATACS or Multicam?

That is a Multicam HS stock that I took off my 700P
I like Multicam better than ATACS myself but both are good camo.

I have a free dipping coming to me. The owner of the small biz said I can get anything done I want for helping him out.

I have yet to make up my mind on what it will be but I'm leaning towards an AR.

I take it that is hydrodipping?

Anyone have more details on what it is?  Looks like the old decals for models.

Yeah, it's a water based transfer of a stencil or pattern basically.

I thought about buying a kit to do the stock on my R700, but gave it a paint job instead.

i dont get how it coats both sides though. seems like it would only do one side or something.
Does it wear off on contact points in your holster?

I've got a leather IWB holster I carry it in, no rubs from that. However, I put my x300 on it the other day and it was a very tight fit and it scuffed it up a bit.
