Had a wellness checkup today. 23 BMI excellent blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, etc... Not bad for almost 49 years old. Maynard's award winning butt below... |

It's not the type of food you eat, but how much. You don't stuff your face all day long like fat people do and that's why you're not fat. |

Hope it doesn't catch up to her later in life. |
