I have been listening to the police scanner for some months now, and noticed one of the female dispatcher's voices dropping in pitch, as if she was a smoker. Well, apparantly, it got low enough that she didn't like it, and decided to change it. Now she is speaking in a piercing falsetto! OUCH! My head! [BD] |
