I was hoping they would lift the restriction after they started collecting state sales tax but no luck.

They won't ship tires to AZ either.

Possible recycling fee? Amazon doesnt want to collect it. Just guessing on this one.

Same reason they won't ship to WV.

It's obviously some reason they don't want to.
