In 1988, I had my F150 picked up by a tornado when headed back to Lafayette from New Iberia.
Weird experience when you feel the suspension drop on the wheels and the truck starts to rotate clockwise while still doing 55mph. Fortunately, I went far enough out from under it that the truck 'lost lift' and dropped back to the roadway still at 55mph albeit the nose of the truck was now at a 30° angle to the current direction of travel. Can you say 'fishtail'? Then off through the bar ditch and into the sugar cane field.
