Everyone from 16 year old Lee, to 80 year old Gin are getting a chance to own their first vehicle thanks to lax laws on ownership, which means you have no one to teach good driving, no sense of "rules of the road". It is equatable to say every household in the US suddenly getting flying cars and not requiring flight school. |
