I've seen it here that the Bill of Rights in the US Constitution does not confer rights, it only affirms them,  In that spirit, what are our natural rights beyond/including those enumerated in the US Constitution?

The BOR covered most things quite nicely. for a buncha old, dead white men... lol

I'd add the right to be free to use whatever chemicals you enjoy without interference, as long as such doesn't impact the several rights of any other.

For today it seems like:

Right to free food
Right to free housing
Right to a free cellphone
Right to sue the shit out of who/whatever offends you
Right to not work
Right to be a special snowflake

The right to destroy your unborn, pre-viable child.*

*But only if you're a woman.

OK, stop with what you think the FSA thinks is a natural right.

I want to know what ARFCOM thinks is a natural right.

I'd say the right to privacy. Simply put, everyone has something to hide. There should be stuff in place to allow complete privacy on one's own property.

Life, liberty, property, so long as you do not infringe on anyone else's life, liberty, or property rights.

Natural rights don't mean shit if you cede them to the government anyway.

The states have a broad police power, and the federal government has been encroaching on liberties since the beginning.

Not that I blame them. It's the nature of government to expand because people are naturally afraid of liberty and its concomitant responsibility.

I would include these:
The right to move about, or travel.
The right to associate with whom you choose.
The right to privacy.
The right to exercise whatever religion you want, so long as it does no harm to others.
The right to choose your vocation, ie, pursue your happiness.

And all the obvious ones previously mentioned.
