How to pour concrete and fix roofs. But they cannot build airplanes (i used to work in aircraft) or repair PCB's.

Can anyone guess where this came from?

The old caps were cut off the top side of the board and the new caps were soldered to the old pins which were left behind...

I've seen the quality of workmanship of both industries from all over the world. Places such as Britain, China, Brazil and Singapore first hand, and the stuff from Mehico is the absolute worst..
