I just returned from another gunshow. The good news is that $1000 ARs were plentiful in just about every flavor and each table had a good supply of mags.
The bad news: gunshows still attract stinky people, it looks like the jerky business is drying up *rimshot* (only had one table), 5.56 is going for .89 per round, 9mm is going for .38 per round, and .22 is going for .20 per round 
In other news, I was seriously considering an M&P shield until I compared it side-by-side with a PPS and XDS. If that weren't enough, I compared the shield to a G26 and the Glock is not that much wider. Now I'm more confused. I was about to buy a shield, but now I'm thinking I might just cut a G19 down to take G26 mags. Anyone CC a shield and a G26 who can offer their perspective on a shield v. G26 for IWB or AIWB carry? |

I CCW a 19 pretty much all the time, when I cant hide that or dont want to, I carry a Taurus TCP in my back pocket. |
