Plugged it in just to watch the 1st heist and the main bank heist. Volume and bass up.
Makes me want to SBR my main hiking A1 carbine. And add the fun switch, but we all know how expensive that shit is.

I never really had much problem shooting my STG-556 without plugs, but then I bearly hear the gun go off when I am shooting with or without plugs. I tune it out. |

ETA: I wonder why they have never done a big budget version of the north Hollywood bank robbers. The north Hollywood shoot out was crazy but their exploits before were just as crazy. They knocked off an armored car at a bank and killed the guard, had a running gun fight with another armored car, and did one or two other similar bank robberies where they got away with it. |

I've only seen the movie once, and it's been a while... how is it on the guns/firefights/tactics reality scale? Go to Hastings, buy it now. No ARFCOMMER's movie collection is complete without it. I do know that they trained Pacino and the other officers to keep their finger off the trigger until ready to shoot; and, to only use SA to make it more realistic to an officer's ROE. |

There are imported civi SA versions, but they're kinda rare. I don't even know what they're going for. A few members on here have one. ETA: There was a fully registered FA one in the EE NFA section last month. Wanted around $27k IIRC. |

I really want a FNC. One thing that keeps me from buying other rifles nowadays is if it has proprietary mags or a different caliber. The FNC is 5.56 and takes standard STANAG mags.

Didn't the Robbers use Heat to educate/train themselves? I believe so. The 44 minute North Hollywood movie you can watch on youtube isn't bad. You can tell it's not biased at all tho.

There's one with an autosear for $10k, not sure if that's a good price or not. |
