Quoted: Quoted: I want to hear that whole interview. Not surprised that ABC didn't show the part where he expressed pride and gratitude in this country. They seemed to cut away when he wasn't saying what they wanted to hear. I hate the fucking liberal media. Thanks, watching now. |

His statement about murder in the name of religion.....I wish more would say things like that. Go have a conversation with a Muslim. You'll hear the same thing. Sorry they can't be on TV all the time saying obvious things. I know a lot of Muslims. They say the same thing. |

I think the interview I saw with him about 1/2 hour ago is different than the one posted here.
He said something about submitting his brother's family to authorities if he knew beforehand if they were 'going against this country'. He's pissed and he's rattled. I wish him well, he is a patriot. |
|
Man appreciates all that America has given to him, obviously these brothers didn't, even being FSA and getting some good stuff for college. Thought at first reports the uncle was crazy but I respect him. He should of raised them, better father type than his brother over their in Russia.
Cowardly cops gunned down my little angel my arse. Gunned down a cop in his cruiser.... |

Quoted:
I think the uncle is a good man. The boys father should be targeted for a fucking drone strike. His boys do that and he has the arrogance to threaten us, fuck that guy. The uncle will now be on the $#!+ list with the nephew's radicalized buddies. He is now an "infidel" in their eyes. |

This is the first time I have ever seen a Muslim denounce violence by radical Muslims with such conviction. I believe he is sincere. So, there's one, at least. Well, there are a lot of different sects in Islam, and besides the main split between Sunni and Shiite, there's tons of other sub-sects and traditions that branch off through the followings of various writings and Imams, then on top of that there's all the cultural groups of different countries, or ethnicity/tribes within those different countries. So imagine uh.. .for instance... er... some Catholic French Canadian from Quebec goes ape-shit, and for whatever reason kills a bunch of people in China in the name of Christianity. So the Chinese media comes to you, a Presbyterian from the United States, sticks a microphone in your face, and because you're both European/Caucasians from North America, and both "Christians", they want to know what you think about what the guy did and why don't you denounce it. Well hell, from your perspective the guy's a different religion, a different ethnicity, and from a different country. Your first impulse isn't to denounce it, but to be pissed as to what the hell this French Canadian Catholic even has to do with you...
Now imagine that the majority of the Chinese people and their media, after years and years keep on asking you this, and "don't get it", how much of a shit would you give if some Catholic guys from Quebec kept on going over there and killing them? |

Every religion uses its version of the bible to cause war. I hate to say it, but I feel like Religion is the root of all evil. I believe in god and jesus Christ, but not in religion |

He's obviously mad, and patriotic towards this country, but I think he's also afraid of being guilty by association. I can't blame him either. Yep, there's a good mix of anger and please don't burn my house down. Seems like a decent guy though. He does. I think he's probably very scared (who wouldn't be?) but it seems like he's speaking honestly about how he feels. He's disgusted. He very likely wanted to be in the USA to make a good life for his family and live quietly and happily, and then this shit comes down on him. |

Quoted: that man has my respect This. The parents, on the other hand, are fucking assholes. They come here claiming sanctuary, then have the nerve to claim the FBI is framing their kids, and that if they did do it, America is to blame for making them violent. Fuck be upon them. |
