When I go for a walk, my hands swell up, sometimes painfully. Is it because I let them hang at my sides and swing while I walk?
Too much sodium in my diet?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Fairly normal. Don't let your arms just hang. Walk with your elbows bent, hold them at 90 degrees, or carry a weight. Think about putting your hands on your head every once in a while.

You wearing a backpack or anything. My hands sometimes swell up when I'm hiking a good a distance and wearing a pack.
