What's with all the "levels" I see?  Staff, Mod, Team, Member?

I can understand "Member" and "Mod" - what's the difference between "Mod" and "Staff?"  What's the "Team" - is there a comp thing happening?

Yes, I know - I need to get my membership active.  When I get working....

Mods are folks who've kissed enough of goat boy's posterior that they know more about it than his proctologist.

Staff is made up of looney tunes who have passed the bizarre and very secret ritual staff initiation.  Only few are ever invited to try.  It's rumored to involve a monkey, two gallon tubs of crisco, an electric blender and the keyboard from the initiate's computer.

Team AR15.comfolks are those who've been conned into paying $60 a year to become part of a fabulous money making opportunity that I'd like to tell you about, can we schedule some time to discuss your new career?

Members are just folks who have goals in life and need to come to a small seminar I'm hosting in northern california next week for the pitance of $750 per person per day.  Thank you for your time, please sign here, press hard, there's three copies.

Members=the carefree ones who actually enjoy the site.

Team Members=Members who feel the need to help support the site by paying a small fee, in exchange for several significant benefits such as the avatar pic, and picture hosting.

Moderators=masochists who spoil their own fun by being willing to "serve" in the capacity of "herder of wild kittens."

Staff=the ones who actually run the site as far as day to day operation.

Senior Staff=gods of the board.

Administrator=the slave who spends half his life working for the benefit of others with no compensation, except for the abuse he takes listening to grown children complain about how they are abused by Moderators.

There is also a Team Member initiation that involves jumper cables, wet sponges, hot maple syrup and angry, hostile members of the Small People Anti-Tossing Association.
We anticipate you joining the team!

Small People Anti-Tossing League?  Fun - I haven't been "halfling hurling" for a while...

When I can get everything pointed in the right direction (i.e. - I'm working and have some disposable scratch!) I plan on joining.  To-day don't look so good.  To-morrow looks even worse.  Maybe next month...
