If a company will offer such insurance to gun owners we can volunteer to buy a policy due to civil and criminal liabilities that  we may have to deal with if involved in a shooting. But it should be voluntary and we choose weather to do so or not. Democrats always talk about freedom of choice so long as you choose what they offer.
