I know I should have known better but thought it was worth a shot. Listed as in stock when ordered. I received this from Botach today:

Dear Valued Customer

We regret to inform you that due to our POS (Point of Sale) system limitations on holding backorders for more than 60 days, current market conditions and no firm ETA from the manufacturer; we are canceling all outstanding orders for Magpul magazines.

As the manufacturer is doing their best to supply all their distributors with small sporadic shipments, we highly recommend you to join our mailing list, Facebook and/or Twitter accounts for updates on inventory.

What's funny is that I know they've had PMAGs in stock since I placed my order, but they chose to sell them on GB and at a higher price.

Same here.

On the other hand, when I ordered the mags, I ordered several other things and got them all quickly and in good shape.

They actually have even sold them directly on thier site since my order was placed. When I called them out on it I received this email:

Hi,

According to http://www.botachtactical.com/mapm30mawiwi.html  you are selling Pmags again and yet my order from Dec has yet to be filled.

Can you tell me the status on my order and when it will be shipped? Have I been charged for these?

Regards,
XXXXXX

XXXXXX,

The model you ordered is still back ordered with no ETA for shipment and your account is not charged until the order is shipped. Please advise.

Regards,
Curnisha

Live and learn but it is a shame they are not even honoring back orders. Especially since the excuse is a 6 month limit on the backlog and it has only bee 4 months at most!!!!!!

Palmetto State Armory has been doing the same.

I ordered some 5.56 several weeks back just before the panic and I only received a partial order.
When I ordered items were in stock. They charged my card the full order amount, shipped partial of the order. After about 2-3 weeks I tried to call but at that time panic was full swing. I sent an email and after no replay for about 2 days I requested a status in the industry forum. I was jumped by leg humpers for posting a request for status of the order

My card has been refunded but it took almost 4 weeks in the amount of $190. Not good to charge for items not in stock. Botach, Rguns are the top of all of them. PSA is still g2g in my book but I hope straighten up.

The king is Johnathan A. Ciener. Pure ass with ass policy's and service.
