So Homeland Security orders a billion and a half rounds of..40 Cal hollow point ammo. so who makes the ammo? Is it any good? this just for pistols or do they have submachine guns too?
what do you think they're planning on using it for? |

Is it any good? it's probably good ammo. this just for pistols or do they have submachine guns too? Im not familiar with a .gov .40 cal sub gun. what do you think they're planning on using it for? My best friend just retired from FLETC in Artesia, where he was a firearms instructor. There are 28 ranges there, in use every day. He told me that they use 1 million rounds per month at Artesia, and the same at Glynco. When you figure in the ammo that is used for annual qualifications by all the LE agencies that are a part of DHS, plus all the monthly and quarterly practice sessions, 1.5 billion rounds will probably last a year or two. |
