| Does this company wait until they are ready to ship to charge your CC or do they charge when you order, even if the magazines are on backstock? |

Botach has always been fair to me. I spend many thousands of dollars there every year. When they did not have my items in stock, they let me know so I could decide to cancel or wait. I have never been charged until my item shipped.
I have heard others complain about Botach, while they have never given me reason to complain. I actually refer many others to use Botach and they also have been treated right. Maybe all of us have been lucky because I have seen a lot of bitching about them- but not by us. They are in my top list of goto companies and will remain so until I have reason to remove them. This has been since 08-09 for me- zero problems. |

all my mag orders from them have been to my door in 3 or 4 days...and im on the other coast.
i ordered some couplers last week, they are on backorder and i have not yet been charged. i got an email telling me they are on backorder with no eta. it goes on to say i can make changes to my order by replying to the email. |
| If you check around, you'll find that Botach has had some real bad press in the past. Things like charging cards early, claiming something is in stock, but then saying it's out of stock, etc. Lots of complaints across many gun boards. I do think, however, that they have cleaned up their act somewhat, probably because of all the bad press. I use them for small stuff and have never had a problem, but still don't trust them enough to make any high dollar purchases. |
| The reason I asked is because I ordered one of their 3 packs for $45 (in stock at the time) over 10 days ago. They showed a shipping label very quickly but nothing else. Then a couple of days later I get an email that says they were out of stock and my CC would be refunded. At the time, I figured no big deal since my CC had not been charged anyway. Then, then a couple of days later, my CC was charged. I thought I was going to get them again, but the shipping label had no new info on it. Just now I went to my CC account and see that Botach has refuned my money. This has been very strange. BTW, I also have a Surefire 60 on order with them with the CC charge pending. They showed over 115 of these in stock when I ordered. I guess we shall see..............but my faith in them is getting worse. |

| I have had orders that were backordered and not charged until shipped and orders that were backordered and charged at order time. I love their sales, but it's always a crapshoot with Botach. Their service is either excellent or a nightmare with little in between. If they didn't keep putting things I want on sale, I wouldn't bother with them. |
| A crap shoot. I ordered a M/P magazine from them on Dec. 8 when everyone had them in stock. 2 bucks cheaper and in no hurry. Showed in stock. 1 day after the panic, 2 weeks later, I get an email it is back ordered and no word since. Kinda of peeved they waited so long for the screwing but it is Botach. Got what I deserved. |
| I placed an order on Dec 18th for 10 30rd PMAGS - No Window Black and they were in stock at the time of my purchase 2 days later they informed me that they were on BO and since then they have auto adjusted my order from 10 to 3 mags and I am still waiting on shipment. Worst experience ever.....I'm doubtful I will ever recieve my order at this point. |
