So I got a guy wanting to trade his custom 308 bolt gun for my bushmaster ar and was wondering what its worth. standard modell action mag fed parker hale heavy barrel bell and Carlson precision stock 4-16x40 cp mil dot red green lum scope 3lb trigger. I realize I don't have enough details but just a ballpark will do, thanks a million. Also the barrel is threaded and has a bipod.

$400 without a way more information, including 5 targets shot at 200 yards.
Sticking a barreled action with a heavy contour barrel into an after market stock then installing half ass optics does not make a custom rifle. Most likely it's a turd that the owner can't get to shoot any better than it did before he bought the stock. |

I bet a fudd owns it and bought the highest dollar NC-Star scope he found at a gun show with 1/8" adjustments to get his bullets within 1/8th of an inch from each other. He also thought that each dot on the reticle is a yard line indicator of 200, 300, 400 yards, and so on ![]() |
