In my opinion, there isn't a big gulf between 17 and 22. Yes it's five years, but most 22 year old girls are just that; girls. Slap her on the ass and make her do some community service at the VA. The guys would love to see her. Nothing a good ass-slapping won't fix. |
| Is it just me, or does it seem like there's at least one of these each week? Seems to be happening with greater frequency, or, the incidents are being reported now more than they used to be. Have teachers and coaches always been this slutty but kids today have no sense of OPSEC? |

....... a 17-year-old student......
....... was not a teacher at the school and school officials said she did not coach the 17-year-old student. Why was she arrested? ![]() If no "age of consent" law broken, maybe they've got a statute prohibiting "position of authority" fraternization? In any case... Not guilty... I don't disagree with the "position of authority" thing, but in this case she didn't work at the school the student attended. Unless there's an AOC issue, I don't see this one. She took the plea so they must have had something. Beats me. |

Not guilty. And not because she's cute. She did something highly inappropriate and should definitely lose her job. But IMO, an adult consensually messing around with a 17 year old should not be a criminal offense. By the age of 17, you should have enough sense to decide whether you're going to be sexually active or not, and it's not the fault of the other party that you consented. 16? Pushing it, but should still be legal. 15 and under - no. |
