My father had a serious stroke last year and I am trying to add things to his room to help brighten his mood.  He had a couple of comic strips in his office which I can't identify.  I want to add to his collection.  My google fu is lacking.

I do not have pics, only the gist of the panels.  Hive mind, help me.

First strip:

(office setting) (secretary tries to hand man in suit handgun) No thanks, it's only a staff meeting, my kung fu will suffice.

Second strip:

(Board meeting setting.  Man in suit pointing gun at other man's head)  I'm sorry, Bob, that was a stupid idea.  I'm afraid I'm going to have to kill you now.

Was this a daily comic strip in newspapers or magazines? Need more detail of any kind to hopefully be of help.

Also, is it a current comic? Older? Single or multiple panel strips? Anything you can think of will help.

Yep, need a few more details.

Don't recall guns pointed at heads in Dilbert though..  lol

The only result I get on Google is this thread... so that's not helping.

The second one tickles my memory as a Farside cartoon.  I'll check if I can find it.

ETA:  I can't find either one in any Farside.

That's what I was thinking.

OP: Look at Farside comics by Gary Larson and see if that's the same drawing style.

ETA:

Also thinking that "Rhymes With Orange" has that kind of humor level.  Are we talking about a newer or older comic?

Could be from older New Yorker
