Started selling books at gun shows in the late 70s/early 80s to witnessing the 86 FOPA, 94 AWB and 2004 AWB sunset and understanding their consequences. Fighting for our rights by writing countless letters and emails to my reps since 1993. Been a collector since I was a kid. This I've said it on several other threads here, the liberals have a citizen disarmament plan that they've been working on for decades. They simply saw the school shooting as a way to step up the timeline of their plan. Even if we've made them back off some, their plan is still going ahead. Personally I think Feinstein's plan was a bait and switch. Scare us with this insane plan to ban all semi-autos, and then when they just ban high cap mags and private sales we will sigh in relief instead of rioting in the streets like we should be. And then once we're over that they will take a little more away from us. We can't allow them to keep chipping away at our rights or one day we will wake up and realize that we have none left. I will never stop fighting for our Constitutional rights. There is never going to be a time where our rights are totally secure. There will always be someone who wants to take our freedoms away. I'm not throwing a party because the AWB seems dead. I'm looking at the list of 20 senators still supporting it and thinking "What can we do to make sure these 20 traitors are viewed as an example of why you never screw with the 2nd Amendment?" And I'm emailing and calling my senators daily to remind them that if they support any of this shit, not just the AWB, but mag caps or anything, that I will work tirelessly to ensure that they never hold office again. |
