I noticed you guys talking about how they don't ship to TN, GA or AL. I never knew since I don't live in those states. Does anyone know the reasoning behind their rule?

This. Their wholesale branch is called Chattanooga Shooter's Supply and they don't want to undercut their own customers by retailing in those states.
