I posted this in team yesterday and didn't get many replies so I thought I would try it over here. I have a question regarding one of the president's executive orders.
4. Direct the Attorney General to review categories of individuals prohibited from having a gun to make sure dangerous people are not slipping through the cracks. A friend and I were discussing this one the today and we disagreed on what it exactly meant. He says that holder can decide what categories of people need to be considered prohibited. I say that that any new class of prohibited individuals would have to somehow be voted on by congress. What do you guys say? Thanks in advance. ERic |
