Women have in fact been serving in combat roles for some time.There's an excellent documentary called "Lionesses" that shows women working with combat teams, translating and calming the Muslim women they come in contact with.
These women carry the same ruck and weapons, and have been under fire, returned fire, just like the guys... it's time they were recognized for their efforts. |
