I got a guy offering me black PMAGs @ $25 each.

Whatcha think?

----------------

Update:  Got them.

All right - how the hell do I tell what generation PMAG I have?

If that little circle date count imprint on the mag is correct, they were manufactured in 04/12.

Black windowed PMAGs.

How bad do you need mags?

I guess technically you could buy a bunch and sell at 1.5x or 2x markup to offset any cost and come out ahead on mags.

If he has a ton I would counter with a lower price if you're buying all of them.

I'd only give him 20, and that's only if he threw in a reach around.

all of this mad cap panic buying is all but over. in the next few weeks you are gonna see tons of stuff starting to go on sale and prices go down - especially when dealer inventory starts to come back. On top of that all the NYers are going to be getting rid of all of thier now illeagal stuff. Gonna be a great time to be a buyer.

Way stocked up on mags, possibly would part with some, but, only to people I know.
People who would hold on to them, and not try to make a fast $$$

C'mon, man!  You've got to gin up the panic while you can.

Plus, at $25 each he could turn around and double his money almost instantly on Gunbroker or the EE.

Some of you guys are really not getting into the panic buy spirit.

Okay.  Is that good or bad?

I've been a USGI kinda guy all my life.

My cap is $20 per pmag. I only paid that when I went to my LGS to look around just so I walked out the door buying something. But if you don't have many mags or just need some Pmags then $25 sounds good if you absolutely must have them now. They are selling for quite a bit more than that at the moment pretty much everywhere else.

I ended up getting them for $18 each.  I'm going to throw a some of them up on Craigslist and use that to pay for the rest of them.

Gen 2 is fine. Gen 3 just came out, and there are some okay improvements, but I don't like fielding new eqipment until I've had the chance to test it, and test Gen 3 ones I have not. I have 14 Gen 2 FDE 30 rounders and have never had a single problem. If you were to find Gen 3's they're probably going to be at a higher price that's not worth it.
