here in town there is a LGS just up the road from my office. finally had to courage to walk in and see how striped bare the place was.
shocked to see a fair amount of everything in there. talked to the owners and they said they had bought up a lot of inventory before the election in anticipation of a shortage, but were caught off guard by the school shooting as everone was, but had lots of inventory. NO sporting rifles in stock save for a FN2000. A okay selection of new and used pistols. powder,primers in stock. .45 reloads for $18 per box 50 (limit 2) lots of 5.56 with limits on purchase of 5 per. tulammo 7.62x39 was jacked up to $9 per box with no limit. 308 win was $$$$$$. some surplus stuff all at $9-10 box. the shocker was 9x18 mak ammo at $24 box. i bought some .45acp to shoot this weekend and some odds and ends. wife and i have lots of ammo and i had almost bought all they had in 7.62x39 but at $9 a box for tulammo i decided to hold off as i have lots of other stuff to shoot in storage. i thanked them for having inventory as they are one of the few who do.
