Everyone says there's a line in the sand, but I haven't seen any actual definitions on where that line is and what happens when they cross it. There may be many lines in the sand that require different responses, and I'd like to see those too, but you'all (and I) need to define that ultimate line that, when it gets crossed, SHTF. It needs to be dummed down so much that the dumbest leftist will understand, and more importantly, the dumbest American will understand.
The left has for years dealt in vagueness, half-truths, and incrementalism to the point that rights are being taken away without fuss and some we never knew we had. Where's the declaration? Before any justified action there needs to be a statement explaining future actions, right? So where is it? |

Well that may be hard thing to literally spell out. As I saw someone else on here say a day or so ago... that line is probably a different place for everyone.
I'm just curious where the manufacturers stance is.... I can guess, BUT... I guess you'd have to wonder if the AWB went through, or the highly unlikely confiscation started to take place and making and selling firearms is illegal... I'd assume if they really believe what they believe, they would still make and sell them. Maybe that's the line in the sand... continuing business as usual in the face of federal crackdown much like how people are doing it with pot these days. |

Well what line is being drawn to, this so called uprising over mag limits or banning all ARs and such or confiscation?
Looking at "going Yeager" and packing you some lunch to go "fight" over a mag limit seems stupid to me Gun confiscation and all out banning ARs is another story. Too much panic and chaos being spread. Brings out the worst in people, didn't ARF say they wouldn't stand for it when Obama got reelected? |

we are all frogs, waiting for the pot to boil....
I like the domesticated hogs example better. You put feed out in the same place for a few weeks until the Hogs get comfortable. Then you put up one side of a pigpen and put feed out until they are comfortable feeding there again. Repeat this with the other 2 sides. Then do it again with the last side but leave the gate open. Then one day, when they are feeding in the pigpen with the open gate, shut the gate! Bam! Domesticated hogs! |
| There is no line. The libs have won this because they know the number of people who will resist won't be nearly enough. Nothing will happen until the ecomy crashes completely, food is scarce, and American Idol isn't on. By then, your second amendment will be gone and your hope of restoring America will be gone forever. |

You can go ahead and send me your mags that hold anything over 10 rounds. I have some Colt 9 rounders I'll trade you for your mags and principles. |

Take away the means of defense and then when the defense is needed, the Government gets to play savior. |

Still got me plenty of principles and values. I'm not trying to downplay the 30 round mags but what I mean it's a little bit extreme to be calling for revolution over a mag, it's a bit crazy. |

When they start compromising the Bill of Rights. ...wait. This. The line was drawn and crossed a while ago (1934) and recrossed and then crossed again, and crossed once more. And it's been crossed a fuck ton of times in the liberal shit holes of the country. It's been proven that the American gun owners who talk so highly of staving off tyranny with their guns have no actual interest in doing so. |

It ain't just the mags and isn't all just about the gun control. Gun control is going to be the final straw for some. |

That's why they're winning. People like you keep giving them tiny little bits at a time. They've been doing it for 100yrs. |

And when the mag ban has gone down smoothly, are you going to say the same thing when they let you keep your AR as long as it's modified to require manual operation of the charging handle to feed and fire? |
