I made some dip for New Years from the recipe on the back of a Knorr packet.

It sounded good...cream cheese, artichoke, spinach, etc...

...but, in execution, it kind of sucked

Post your favorite dip recipes.

I'll start:

1 can of Rotel

1 can of re fried beans

Mix together and top with glob of sour cream.

Serve with tortilla chips

Post yours.

I've found that it overpowers the toast points.

Fresh avocado.  As much as you've got.
Hot  Salsa.

Crush avocado into a creamy paste.  Add hot salsa to taste.

Easy, simple and good for you.
