I asked this in the Armory section already, but I wanted a wider view with more opinions, so I'll ask here.

I live in an apartment, and will be for the next year or two.So I need something smaller (I only have a few long guns anyway) I have a budget of ~$500 give or take. So I have narrowed it down between these two.

Do not get a safe with an electronic lock. Being locked out of your safe isn't fun. Cost me a couple hundred bucks to get mine replaced with a dial combo lock after my keypad quit working.
