I ordered a small number of reg gen 3 pages and some ranger plates to go with on dec 17.
The email confirmation saiid delivery within 3-10 days. Here we are 15 days later and not a word from them. Bastards! |

Biggest gun rush in 30 years and you're complaining that your mags are taking an extra week or two??? Not a Botach defender here, but these delays are with EVERY Website, seller, dealer, retailer, etc. Combine a gun rush with the Christmas Eve/Day and News Years Eve/Day delays and this is what you get. Just be happy if you get them at all and don't run out to e-bay and sell them for $100 a pop.
Midway USA shows some hi-cap mags back-ordered somewhere out into May-July. |

Botach is not known for speedy customer service
Actually I got a tomahawk from them a year after I canceled my order I don't think they update and ship their orders every day for stuff And they sell stuff they don't have in stock, So eventually you will get what ya ordered, just may take some time |

Got a love-hate relationship with them right now. Have gotten some good deals, shipped in a timely fashion, but am still waiting on my M&P45 mags. Of course, don't have the handgun yet either, so I'll be patient. Weird...posted the above, then checked my mail. Mags shipped yesterday with tracking. They're watching.  |

| have ordered dozens of Glock mags from them and lots of PMAGS. I love their clearance section and found a sweet deal on some TRU Spec and EO Tac pants a couple months back. Also ordered a pair of boots from them that were $59.99 with thr next cheapest place being $109.99. They are not the fastest shippers. I hate the Smart Post they use for shipping where Fed Ex delivers so far and then USPS picks ot up. But for their prices and free shipping I will continue to take my chances until they screw me. |

Ordered from Midway, products shipped next day, they should be here friday. Ive Ordered "in stock" items from botach... Not shipped until months later... And that was before the rush... There's more going on here than "the rush". Poor inventory control and bad customer service, for starters. |

Massive volume of mail-order going on plus days off for employees and postal workers. I'm waiting on a BOTACH order as well and shipping was free for me. Free for you OP? Well all you defenders of Botach are wrong.
The dumbasses are sold out and didn't fill my order. They claim that they needed to verify my address and sent an email on 12/20, which they never did. They only responded to my complaint email on 1/2/13. They even claim that on 12/17 they were sold out. I called them out and the cs lady had no response. No i have to wait for back order. They better honor my original purchase price, and I better grandfathered if there is a ban. Or they will catch hell!!! |

OP - I'm with you man. They're horrible. This is my first time dealing with them, and regardless of the 100% failure to respond to phone calls, voice mails, emails, etc... They shipped the wrong rifle to me and now I can't get ahold of anyone there. They're horrible, you are correct, they suck.

Botach represents everything that is sucky in the business world. Will never conduct business with them EVER again. Order 5 or 6 items. You'll get a couple fairly fast, couple 6 months later, and couple you will never get.  What a clusterfuk of a business.
If you're a gambling man then you will have fun dealing with them. You might win big....you might get your ass handed to you. You can find much better places to spend your money.

I've never lost money, I have been inconvienienced a couple times. Worst case you dispute a charge... Oh that's soooooooo difficult. Most of the time I get what I want at significant savings. After this first package arrives, get another email, sorry, the rest of your order is on backorder- 3 weeks plus. Then the panic buying hit. Doubt I will ever see the rest of the order this year. Damn, if you don't have it, or low inventory, just say so- fuckers.
