Other than it's not a Glock, what makes it a POS? Never shot/held one. |
|
I've got some $$ on an FNX9 right now. Why the hatred (honest question)? |

In this thread....It's not hatred.m it's a good gun, but has some serious shortcomings just like every other semi auto handgun FN has released since the BHP. http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_5_4/133014_Glock_21_SF__vs__FHX_45_What_would_you_recommend_.html |

I'm a big fan of mine. The low recoil and ease of shooting still surprise me. http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y238/tboneguy915/3A3FB6A8-824A-454A-991C-924A75750E60-30165-00001D12B6EBD26E.jpg rtf2 is the best 21sf variant ever released. i'm a sucker for a g17 rtf2 as well. |

M&P 40 and the full size 9mm sig p250 conversion is on the way. I wasn't going to buy one, but the shock of a conversion kit with a 17 round magazine in it being in stock right now made me click the add to cart and checkout button before I even knew what I was doing.
Of course, extra mags are backordered until the next ice age. |

IMO half of those reasons are purely subjective, or pure what-if or gunshop fear mongering. As for the ascribed failures, never had any occur to me. If I had any hesitation, it would not be my CCW. Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile They were all real and actual issues that I had come across under my own use and ownership. I'm not looking to make this a FNP Versus XXX thread. I was trying to be as frank an honest as possible. No need or desire to debate. If the FNP/FNX works for you, that is great. I did not regret my ownership one bit, and found it to be a very nice, capable gun. Albeit handicapped and found lacking by the reasons that I listed. |

My favorite polymer pistol I've ever owned. It was a fucking work of art. The more I shot my USP, the more I found faults to it and the more I disliked it. The next full size polymer pistol I'd like to try is the M&P |
