| My computer is running horribly slow. I tried to download Malwarebytes and anti shampoo. They wouldn't load, so I renamed them. They still won't load. I'm running AVG and superantispyware both of them are the free versions. What would you suggest? I keep seeing STS448 in the history and I get a google hijack sometimes even though I'm using yahoo. |

To a USB key. Have malewarebytes ready. Boot to safe mode and run Rkill after plugging in the USB key It will take a minute or two. Run Malewarebytes immediately afterwards. Restart when finished and remove any antivirus that you have . Disable system restore , this will prevent a malicious file from replicating on reboot. Download MSE :http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5201 and run the deep scan. Now reboot then go to start and then run. type chkdsk/ r and reboot . Good luck . Turn Restore back on |
