Having problems with WideOpenWest. No TV picture using a digital box or DVR box. Their phone lines are busy all evening. Have they crashed their system wherever that is. Supposedly they are doing some equipment upgrades.

Best part is, you'll finally get through after being on hold forever, ask what the outage is, and they will say 'What outage?'

No....they will transfer your call and the call will get dropped
