I'd either buy or build a Bond Villain style compound on as much property as I could find. Something like this. http://www.missilebases.com/adirondack An armored SUV. An airplane. A proper arsenal. I love that base! Awesome place, shitty state. |

Give it to Obama to redistribute as he sees fit. He really seems to know what he's doing when it comes to finances.

Cars of choice for my two kids. Nothing could top seeing them that happy.

Pay off the house and my wife's college loans. Buy up whatever land the neighbors would sell me. Set aside a good amount for property taxes or a rainy day. Then guns, lots of guns.

The White House so that I could right the wrongs in this country. Powerball is only up to 250 million. No where near enough. |

Quoted: A bus ticket out of this state. You know this state has a very high percentage of millionaires per capita? At one point we had the most millionaires per capita in the country. I think that was around 1970 IIRC. |

ETA: That viewpoint is why so many of these cars are crashed in the first month of ownership. Heck - some are crashed on the way home from the dealership. |

First: Gold.
Second: A big annuity for the mrs. and me. This would provide us income for life. No chance of losing it all. Third: Money for the kids. Fourth: Money for the grand kids. Fifth: A place away from it all for the entire family to use. Sixth: Total makeover of our existing house. Make it safer plus lots of room for the wife's weaving, sewing and spinning obsessions. Seventh: Money for my brothers and sister. Eight: I would also buy a few politicians of my own. Just Like George Soros. |

I would buy land in the Yukon and I would build a cabin with a giant ammo fort. |

Pay off all my debt.
But lots of land. Nice house on land. Underground bunker with armory to make NATGEO cream themselves...... And a nice set of custom golf clubs and a membership to a nice club. I would ask to be transfered back to my old unit and be a miserable prick, only to the supervisor though. |

Besides the legal/financial stuff already mentioned.
Remodal mom's basement. Maybe put in a 1,100 sq ft bathroom or something. Buy a few 1911's to boil. Definitely stock up on Twinkies. Stock up on essentials. You know, kleenex and lotion. 1. Pay off bills 2. Home school the kids 3. Buy a nice place in the country. Mini hydro and solar electric. Geo thermal heating. 4. New truck, buy stuff. Mostly guns, tractor, atv's, etc. 5. Create a trust to buy some NFA items I've drooled over for years. 6. Find place to rent outside the US. Maybe buy a small flat/condo type thing. |
|
I'd buy myself completely out of debt.
I'd buy a few acres of land away from the city and build a house on it. |
|
A Powerball lottery ticket.
You have to play the game to win, right? Me? I don't play games. |
|
The first thing I buy is a retainer for a partiner in a good national level law firm with experience in this area.
Buying things will come, eventually, but OPSEC/PERSEC says I go slow and don't make obvious lifestyle changes. |

Already own the house and land. I would pay off my family dept. Buy my parents a new house and whatever vehicle they wanted. I would buy m.y dad whatever guns he could ever want. Buy my daughter a nice car to drive around. I would get a nice truck, and build a collection of vintage S&W revolvers that would be what i would do. And most important I would give God His part out of it for blessing my life with such a wonderful gift.

Nothing, I am going to make sure every thing I owe is paid off, then I will the put the remainder of the money somewhere that will ensure I will be set for the rest of my life.
Then I will go buy something. Oh, then I will leave my job. |

A GTR so that I can cruise to Phoenix in style to set up a trust with the priciest lawyers I can find. Then checkout the best pieces of property on the outskirts of Scottsdale on my way back.

I pay off my debt and go into hiding for a few months. All the while making arraignments with a lawyer and accountant. Minus the paying off debt part, all the above. Debt can wait till later, will let accountant figure that one out. Then land, here and abroad (Costa Rica or some Caribbean island). |
