Why is it so addictive? I DVR it. I'm 35 years old, what is wrong with me? If you had to go kill zombie communists who would you chose Finn or Jake? |

Quoted: Poetically beautiful and swelling with meaning. Quoted: The Royal Tart Toter. The man has a firm grasp on reality. This cosmic dance (life) of bursting decadence (fast degradation of society, corruption of the government?) and withheld permissions (restrictions) twists all our arms collectively (limits us/imprisons us), but if sweetness (good) can win, and it can, then I'll still be here tomorrow to high-five you yesterday (he believes that in the future they will fix this mess, and he will continue awaiting the good days to congratulate them), my friend. Peace |

I love it because it has a VERY dark underlying scenario to it. If you see the Earth from space in their universe it is blown in half. Rusted got it right. It is the most fun apocalypse show around. I prefer Regular Show but Adventure Time is still awesome. Yeah, they mention "The Great Mushroom War" which I would assume means nuclear. All the strange characters are a result of the radiation. |

Thank you I have only seen a handful of episodes and thought they were pretty good but was wondering WTF the backstory of this show as supposed to be aside from writers taking acid |

The story line of Magic Man is the most compelling in the show. The Lich King is a close second. I love Magic Man's dialogue:
"I wish I could help, except I don't" Finn - "change me back!" MM - "not until you appreciate what a jerk I am!" "I win again, just like always" "Memories drift in and out of my mind, and the little people all get left behind, so whatever!" Finn - "how long have you has thsi house?" MM - "Yes! That is true." |
