And I have watched thieves bring out a Honda generator, an angle grinder, gloves, and so on to get through a fence in the dark. It was pretty well planned. It didn't work in the end (they ran out of time), but it was a pretty well-planned deal. Why the hell can't copper thieves get a clamp meter? Is every last one of them on meth? |
