Depends on whether or not you make an honest error or if you think that "payed" is proper.

Actually, the one that bugs me the most is "sale".  Not that it's spelled wrong, but when some goofball says something like "yes, I will sale you my rifle for $XXX" it drives me absolutely batshit crazy.

What bugs me the most is the word "loose" instead of lose.

It makes me want to RAMPAGE!!!

For some reason, I always screw up there/their/they're and your/you're.

Don't know why. I know what they mean and when they're supposed to be used, yet I still mess them up again and again.

That's why I try to proofread all my posts.

(And yes, I almost screwed it up again in the second line of this post. )

It is impossible for me to type Thanks properly, without backing up, and fixing it.  My fingers say thnaks every. single. time.

Am I a lisping, hungry person inside?

Fingernails on the chalkboard...

"I would like to offer some advise on the subject"

"Could someone advice me as to what I should be using?"

Those.

...and rediculous.

I do too but I usually catch myself.

Though sometimes after I hit submit... so I have to do a quick edit...
ETA:

I couldn't care less = I don't care.

I could care less = I care.

Don't mix those up.

I lose my mind when people say "ideal" instead of "idea".  "I have a great ideal, lets go to the bar and drink a few Buds."
I seriously want to choke the m-fer out for that.
