Time for VA to reconsider our DMV reciprocity agreement with CA and any other state that does this shit. All CA registered cars will be impounded and anyone caught driving with a CA license will be arrested and deported back to California at the offenders expense, i.e. we sell the car for bus fare.  Edit: Since Virginia does not offer non resident driver's licenses anyone from CA wanting to get around in VA will need to use public transportation (  ) or hire a cab. And good luck buying booze while in VA because you ain't getting any without a valid ID; under my plan a CA driver's license is not valid for anything.

I was speaking in general terms. I dont agree one bit about illegals driving with a state issued ID. One broadsided my mom doing 45 last year luckily my mom was driving the Lincoln and she was in a mimivan. It could have been bad.
Oh and she, the illegal, didnt speak a word of english, no drivers license, skipped town, and was never heard from again. Luckily the vans owner did have insurance, but my pretty old Lincoln was totaled.
Illegal IS illegal, they ALL need to be sent back from where they came from be it Mexico, Canada, England, China, Russia... Its not fair to the legal immigrants who played by the rules and had to wait. |

Foreign birth certificate, Passport from home country, drivers license from home country, highschool ID, college ID...they will come up with some way to meet the 2 forms of ID to get a license. What 2 forms do 16 year olds born in virginia use? probably a birth certificate and social security card, neither of which even have a photgraph on them. |

Governor Pete Wilson(R) tried to sue the Feds for the money that the Feds mandated the state to spend on the illegals, knowing they were illegal. The Feds slapped that down. So California and other states have to spend state money on people that the Feds are supposed to keep out! It was shortly after that Davis (D) was elected and everything went full retard. |

Too many stories of them being let go after being in an accident with no license and no insurance in a car that is still registered to the guy that sold it a year ago.
