| What can you do if your internet is always down? every time I call my service provider they walk me though a bunch of bullshit That I already did. I worked tec support for many many years. I ask them to credit my bill for my inconvenience but they wont. We dont have any other providers out here at all. I feel like they are not living up to their end of the contract. what can I do? |

Quoted:
i feel like my end is to pay for it and their end is to give me internet. Pretty simple. But i need to go over my contract. And everywhere else here is much much worse. Just frustrated. I hate using my phones internet. Right, what you feel doesn't constitute a binding legal agreement. |

I can't really speak to the agreement part of it, but some more information might be helpful.
What kind of internet is it. Dsl, cable, satellite, dial up? How often is it down and for how long? Are they sending techs out or just doing the basic trouble shooting? The saying about the squeaky wheel usually works for me when it comes to my cable company. If it starts going down daily I start calling daily, but in general they are pretty good about getting it fixed quickly. Eta: got my saying wrong there. |
