Hive, I've been looking at weather stations for the house.

Any recommendations?

I'd prefer one that works off the atomic clock for the time.

I am on my third Accurite...the one with the anemometer.

They are pretty decent, and I catch them on sale. Their biggest downfall is that the plastic instruments UV rot within a few years.
