Someone who specifically does facial plastics..
All plastic surgeons "can" do it... But most rarely do face, sticking to tits and lipo.
Go to someone specifically for facial work.

I had a mole remove from my face at my regular doctor he use a hot wire to burn it off it left very little scaring

I cut an X across one on my face 20 some years ago.
It exfuckingploded all over the mirror and was extremely nasty.
saved a good deal of money, but would not recommend doing that...it sucked and took awhile to heal

Small scar=Go to a minor surgeon, he will numb it, slice it, drain it, put in a drain line then stitch it up and kick you out the door. That;s how mine went but it was on my groin Oh, and $75 but it was 20+ years ago. It took all of 15 minutes.

Had one on one of my thumbs once. Could have had my Dr do it but went to a hand surgeon instead, didn't want my sex life ruined completely.
