What kind of sauce? I just had leftover ribs for lunch I smoke earlier in the week. Usually do them dry but changed it up and put two light glazes of Sweet Baby Ray's on them in the last hour of the cook.

Dry rub + 3/2/1 method with some Stubbs on the last part.
