A bunch of the folks in our neighborhood had tires slashed the other night. Our house was skipped but my neighbor 2 doors down had over $600 in tire damage on 3 of his cars.
I'm thinking it's time to put in a security system on the front of my house. I'm wondering what people have had good experience with. I want a system that does decent video at night. Our two house lights are on motion sensors, so I don't think I need super high quality IR cameras, but I would prefer something that will produce an identifiable image in low-ish light conditions. I can run co-ax, but would prefer cameras that use Ethernet as I have access to spools of this. So....school me! |
